For those of you that play TERA or Closers , please rest assured, support for those titles will continue. Platform-specific Information Windows En Masse has no more major updates planned for TERA PC. The expected timeframe for En Masse’s TERA PC game servers to go offline is in October. Details on the service transfer and the new publisher will be available in the coming weeks. Account Transfer process - More information coming soon; please check back for updates. We will post specific information here as soon as possible. EMP - More information coming soon; please check back for updates. Effective September 14, EMP currency can no longer be purchased. EMP can still be spent in-game, and we intend for products to remain available until servers go offline at En Masse. We will update this section as soon as possible with information about how currently held EMP will be handled. Elite Status Effective September 14, Elite Status subscriptions are no longer available. Recurring payments for existing Elite Status subscriptions will also be disabled as of September 14. Elite Status vouchers can still be purchased from the in-game shop using remaining EMP balance. En Masse Ecosystems New Account creation - As of September 14 new game account creation is disabled. However, all current active accounts can still log in to manage their account and log in to our games. Server transfer – The ability to transfer characters between servers will be disabled on September 21. Web Store - As of September 14 we have closed our web stores for all products. In-game stores will continue to list the latest products. Forums - The TERA forums will remain open after our servers go offline.
